CRYOTIC does not collect any personal information about individuals except when it is knowingly provided via the client registration form in order to make online purchases or undertake a cryotherapy session. CRYOTIC may use the information to contact you with important information. Your privacy is important to us.
We confirm that we will take steps to use your personal information only in ways that are compliant with this Privacy Policy. We do not share, trade, sell or rent any of the individual personal information you provide with this site.

Online bookings: All bookings made online are pre-paid. To purchase a single session or a series, clients can create an account by registering their details, selecting an item for purchase and making a booking. Please take note of the individual conditions of each option. Please note, future prices are subject to change.

Refund Policy: Prepaid services are non-refundable. We will however allocate your payment to other services, providing the Cancellation Policy terms are met.
Packages and memberships cannot be transferred, and are only valid for the original purchaser.

Cancellation Policy: We understand things happen and from time to time you will need to reschedule, so we have designed the below cancellation policy to ensure fairness to you, and us:

Changing or cancelling an appointment:

  • All pre-paid services are non refundable

  • For cancellations we require 24 hours notice to cancel a booking. If we don’t receive 24 hours notice pre-payments will not be refunded or allocated to other booking. If we do receive 24 hours notice, we will allocate any pre-payment to another suitable appointment time.

Late for appointment: We understand, so all we ask is that you let us know prior to your appointment, and we will do our best to provide you with as much of your treatment in the allocated time as we can. Generally we will have other clients booked in right after your appointment and out of respect to them, we need to have your treatment completed on time. To guarantee your full treatment time, please ensure you are not late.

No Show: If you do not show up for your treatment without notifying us, this is considered a No Show. In this instance, the below will apply:

  • You will forfeit your payment

  • You will be requested to pay in full when booking your next appointment

Team/Group Sessions: Full payment must be made prior to a Team/Group Cryotherapy Session, this can be made by calling us to discuss your needs and we will send you an invoice which can be paid online via Square - our secure credit card facilites.

Age Restrictions: You must be at least 16 years of age to undergo our cryotherapy sessions. If you are 16-17 years a parent or guardian will be required to sign a client waiver in person and be present at your scheduled appointment.

Physical readiness: We reserve the right to refuse treatment on clients if they do not have the correct medical clearance.

Policy Changes: The terms and conditions in this document may be adjusted or changed at any time we see fit. By using the Website and booking treatments, you agree to any revised changes. It is recommended that you check this page regularly prior to booking treatments to check for any new changes.
